AMP Legal Solutions is a full-service law firm based in New Delhi, practising since 2006. Founded by Advocates Amit Kumar and Monita Kumari, the firm has grown over two decades into a team of 10+ attorneys handling a wide range of civil, criminal, matrimonial, property, consumer, and constitutional matters.
We operate from our chamber at Tis Hazari Courts and practise before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, all District Courts, Consumer Forums, and various Tribunals. Our approach is built on three principles: personal dedication to every client, rigorous preparation for every hearing, and clear communication at every step.

AMP Legal Solutions was founded in 2006 by Advocates Amit Kumar and Monita Kumari — two lawyers united by a shared vision of building a law firm that combines sharp legal expertise with genuine client care.
What began as a boutique practice at Tis Hazari Courts has grown into a team of more than 12 legal professionals, handling hundreds of matters across Delhi’s courts and forums. Over 20 years, we have built long-standing relationships with clients who return to us — and refer others — because they know their cases are in good hands.
One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back, and if he lifted his head a little he could see his brown belly, slightly domed and divided by arches into stiff sections. The bedding was hardly able to cover it and seemed ready to slide off any moment. His many legs, pitifully thin compared with the size of the rest of him, waved about helplessly as he looked. “What’s happened to me?” he thought. It wasn’t a dream. His room, a proper human.
